Started in 2005 by brothers Brian Arnett and Willie Lehmann, Mountain State Brewing Co. has grown to be one of the top distributing breweries in the state of West Virginia. Now these handcrafted ales can be enjoyed in the Deep Creek Lake area.
My husband and I really like this place. Having lived in Como Italy I like great pizza. The wood fired pizza is my favorite and I thnk you will agree once you have tried it, that it is really good. We also had their hummus and pita chips which we liked as well. This is a nice casual place to bring the kids, sit on the hand made saw horses and play one of their table games. This is a must visit when visiting Deep Creek Lake! Take a look at their current menu!

The food is great, whether you are dining on premises or have ordered carry-out. Think about those great pizzas you experienced in College Park, and then add a breathtaking mountain lake atmosphere.
Enjoy fine dining at Deep Creek Lake in a casual lodge atmosphere. Spectacular views can be captured from their enclosed porch area while you choose delectable entrees from their extensive food and wine menu.
We recommend this to all our clients and customers. Great food and a wonderful view of the lake and Silver Tree Suites grounds. Look out the window in the summer and you might see Sam at the Marina. You should make reservations if possible.
A great dining experience for all four seasons, especially those snowy nights when the two fireplaces are keeping diners extra toasty.
My family and I love this place! We also think Brenda and her staff are wonderful. Brenda's has great New York style pizza. Also on the menu is pasta, calzones and heros. Don't forget dessert!

While you are there don't forget to check out the Traders Coffee House. My daughter and I love to take our laptops and have coffee. Not only do they have good coffee but they also have fresh baked bagles and other great food. This reminds me of The Barnes and Nobles experience but less crowded. What sauce would you like? Choices include tomato basil and pesto (cream or regular), marinara (spicy or regular), alfredo, garlic, fresh basil and extra virgin olive oil, and carbonara. The tequila cream sauce is flambéed, as is the vodka sauce.
