Sam played a major role in the development of this complex and his wife Ellen and daughter Michelle did all the interior design. Another reason this complex is so special.

Five years ago my husband and I bought one of these units sight unseen. We did some major updates and found ourselves coming to Deep Creek Lake every other weekend. We did not rent ours out but it has since been sold and is in the rental pool.
When you book a stay here please ask what units have been updated. Otherwise you might be very disappointed. This is an older complex and not all the units are updated. The good news is they are all on the water and there is an indoor pool, on-site restaurant, a beach and docking for your boats.
